Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working : Monday to Saturday
Roles & Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and respond to travel-related inquiries
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or online inquiries.
Follow up with customers post-inquiry or booking to confirm satisfaction or address concerns.
Communicate clearly, confidently and courteously with clients & Maintain a friendly tone and positive attitude in every interaction.
