A Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and other guests entering a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

Welcome and greet all patients and visitors in a warm and courteous manner.

Patient Registration and Check-In:

Collect patient information including personal details, insurance, and medical history (if applicable).

Register new patients into the hospital management system and issue appointment slips or ID cards.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and specialists.

Coordinate rescheduling or cancellations, ensuring minimal disruption to the doctor’s calendar.
