Responsibilities:
Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
Sending project development updates to customers and responding to customers queries.
Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
Close co-ordination with Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.
Maintain daily log of phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and email.
Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
