Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and screenings
3. Work on candidate experience by designing and managing it
4. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
5. Perform reference checks as required
6. Facilitate the offer-releasing process
7. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
8. Manage the interview and selection process
9. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done by employment laws and regulations
10. Facilitate bulk/volume hiring
11. Manage store-level and corporate-level hiring in various cities
