We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment processes while working in a vibrant advertising agency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Maintain and update recruitment databases.
· Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.
· Support the HR team in employer branding and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or pursuing).
· Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred).
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Mindset: Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
