1. Support the recruitment process for different roles
2. Source potential candidates
3. Screen and interview candidates
4. Coordinate feedback and selection processes
5. Manage the onboarding process of new hires
6. Maintain candidate records and files
7. Be a great ambassador of the Clear brand by engaging with various stakeholders
8. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
