Job Description
- We are looking for an Entrepreneural Recruiter who can join our team as a associate partner and recruit for our top Clients in Bangalore.
- As a Recruiter you will source the candidate as per the Clients requirement.
- Work with the aligned account manager and assist them with the on boarding of the candidate
- Provide Feedback and prep them for the interview.
- Build strong relationship with the candidate and ensure he completes the agreed term or longer.
- We completely deal with BPO Sector; we are looking for recruiters who have experience sourcing BPO candidates with the ability to judge the communication skills.
- This will be a complete work from home role, Laptop preferred.
- Any location within India works for our team.
- This is not a salary role, we are looking to partner with recruiters and share profit.
- We need candidates who are initially willing to wait for 90 to 120 days for the candidate to complete the agreed term and get paid.
- Once the initial 90 to 12 days are completed you will be paid on monthly basis.
