Job Description

We are looking for an Entrepreneural Recruiter who can join our team as a associate partner and recruit for our top Clients in Bangalore.

Your roles will include:

As a Recruiter you will source the candidate as per the Clients requirement.
Work with the aligned account manager and assist them with the on boarding of the candidate
Provide Feedback and prep them for the interview.
Build strong relationship with the candidate and ensure he completes the agreed term or longer.

Other Details:

We completely deal with BPO Sector; we are looking for recruiters who have experience sourcing BPO candidates with the ability to judge the communication skills.
This will be a complete work from home role, Laptop preferred.
Any location within India works for our team.
This is not a salary role, we are looking to partner with recruiters and share profit.
We need candidates who are initially willing to wait for 90 to 120 days for the candidate to complete the agreed term and get paid.
Once the initial 90 to 12 days are completed you will be paid on monthly basis.
