Will be responsible for handling End-to-End Recruitment process.
Experience in Domestic staffing(IT)
Should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
Sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates.
Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management.
Controlling employment process through closure.
Assisting/influencing management through the decision-making process.
Using consultative methods.
