Role Description- Recruiter
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Recruiter at Antano & Harini. The Recruiter will
be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the
company. They will facilitate the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring
managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the coaching or consulting industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding Hiring Needs

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

Gather details about job roles, qualifications, experience levels, and timelines.

Help in drafting and updating job descriptions in coordination with department managers.
2. Sourcing Candidates

Use various channels to find suitable candidates:

Job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine)

Social media and professional networks
-
Internal database or referrals
-
Campus hiring or walk-ins

Post job ads on online platforms and company websites.

Create and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future roles.
3. Screening & Shortlisting

Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Conduct initial screening via phone, email, or video call.

Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, and job fit.

Schedule interviews with hiring teams and coordinate logistics.
4. Interview Coordination

Organize interviews for shortlisted candidates:

Share resumes and evaluation notes with interviewers

Coordinate time slots, send interview invites and reminders

Collect feedback from panel members after interviews

Keep candidates informed about their status in the hiring process.
5. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Answer candidate questions related to the job, company culture, or benefits.

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
6. Offer Management & Onboarding

Assist in preparing offer letters and compensation proposals.

Negotiate salary and join date (if required).

Conduct pre-joining checks such as document collection or background verification.

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities with the HR team.
7. Reporting & Database Maintenance

Maintain updated records of job openings, applications, and hires.

Prepare recruitment status reports and trackers.

Use HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to log and manage candidate data.
