Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and compliance with company policies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring metrics. Keep records of departing employees for efficient replacement. Document recruitment efforts for future reference. Maintain referral records and ensure correct processes monthly.

Qualifications:
