Job Description

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for architecture and real estate roles.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications.

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
