1. Support in Job Placement Program:
o Assist in executing the structured program to enhance client
employability.
o Provide personalized support to clients throughout their job search
journey.
2. LinkedIn Profile Management:
o Create, optimize, and manage LinkedIn profiles for clients.
o Conduct research to include relevant keywords and highlight client
expertise.
3. Job Applications:
o Identify relevant job opportunities and apply on behalf of clients.
o Tailor resumes and cover letters to meet specific job requirements.
4. Client Interaction:
o Collaborate with clients to understand their career aspirations and
preferences.
o Communicate regularly to provide updates on their job application
progress.
5. Data Handling:
o Maintain accurate records of job applications, client feedback, and
results.
o Generate reports to track performance and outcomes of the program
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
- Passion for recruitment, HR, and people management.
