Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Ghatkopar. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities: 
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
* Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback.
* Negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Technical Skills

  • Sourcing Techniques: Ability to use job boards, professional networks, and social media to find suitable candidates.
