Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create customized job descriptions.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and networking events.
Candidate Management:
-
Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit based on job requirements, team dynamics, and cultural alignment.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer acceptance.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback as needed.
Hiring Manager Collaboration:

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, managing expectations, and offering guidance on best hiring practices.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a structured and fair assessment process.

Deliver regular updates to stakeholders on candidate pipeline, status of open positions, and time-to-fill metrics.
Senior-Level Responsibilities (for Senior Recruiter role):

Contribute to the development of the overall recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs.

Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.

Train and mentor junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators, sharing best practices and recruitment techniques.

Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs and succession planning.
