Designation :- Recruiter Specialist/Executive

Location :- Bangalore (preferably close to office candidates only )

Gender:- Female Candidate only

CTC:- 2.0 to 4.5 Lakhs

Employment: - On Team lease role as per existing terms and condition 

Responsibilities

·         Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

·         Experience working IT/NON IT

·         Understand the online/E-commerce Business module and requirements

·         Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

·         Preliminary interview & till on boarding entire responsibility 

·         Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

·         Working experience Naukri,Linkedin,monster,indeed etc

·         Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

·         Screen candidates resumes and job applications

·         Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

·         Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

·         Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

·         Proven work experience as a Recruiter

·         Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

·         Hands on experience with various selection processes ,video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc

·         Hands on experience into bulk hiring

·         Maintain the TAT
