What is the Job?

Strategically communicate the needs of the recruiting team
Post jobs on multiple sites and measure effectiveness of various promotions
Try out and evaluate new mediums to attract the right candidates
Coordinate with content, video and marketing professionals to attract and educate candidates
Collaborate with a team of recruiters
Search and report using internal databases to study effectiveness of our methods
