Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Agent (Fluent in English & Indian Languages)

Location: Remote / India
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

EuroWorkSearch is expanding its global talent team and is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Agent fluent in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, etc.). The ideal candidate will help connect motivated job seekers from India and surrounding regions with exciting job opportunities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting & Promotion:
Draft and publish compelling job ads on online job boards, social media, and relevant platforms.
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and contact suitable candidates via job portals, social networks, or local outreach.
Interview Coordination:
Conduct initial screening interviews (online or phone) to assess qualifications, English proficiency, and job readiness.
Documentation Support:
Guide candidates through the application process and help gather necessary documents.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and recruitment managers. Submit regular status reports.
Cultural Bridging:
Help clarify job expectations, relocation procedures, and work culture for Indian applicants transitioning to European jobs.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and at least one Indian language (spoken and written)
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
Familiar with video conferencing tools and basic data entry
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for European or international placements
Knowledge of work visa processes or migration support is a plus
Familiarity with job sectors like hospitality, logistics, construction, or agriculture
