  • Provide administration support to recruitment consultant
  • Assist in formatting of candidates resume
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on online job portals
  • Maintain staff’s online personnel files
  • Create candidate contract
  • Create interview details
  • Create client quotation
  • Prepare client reports
Requirements

  • Diploma  OR Degree- B.Com/B.Sc/BBM/BBA/B.A or any equivalent
  • Meticulous, Fast worker
  • Good command  of English
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must be able to work independently with lead consultant who will manage and call from Singapore.
