The individual will be an informed, dynamic, motivated individual who will design and enhance the individual and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry and Company Research
• Understanding company structures and dynamics
• Keep self-updated with market information
• Updating and maintaining data/information on the internal MIS
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting
• Speaking to key Decision Makers in the industry

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with 0-3 Years of experience
• Understanding of Recruitment as a Business
• Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
• Fluency in English language and MS office skills
