Recruitment Associate (Non-IT BPO Hiring)
Location: On-site
Experience Level: Fresher – 1 year

The Recruitment Associate will support end-to-end hiring for non-IT BPO roles. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining structured data, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a strong foundation in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the entire hiring cycle for BPO and customer service roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and offer coordination.

Use Naukri and internal databases to source suitable profiles.

Conduct telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, job fit, and role understanding.

Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily reports.

Support walk-in drives and on-site hiring activities when needed.

Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and documentation processes.

Provide a professional and smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (training will be provided).

Ability to manage timelines and follow structured processes.

Good coordination and follow-up ability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Comfort working in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
