Job Description
Job Title- International Recruitment Consultant
- Job summary- This position is majorly responsible for sourcing job seekers from various domestic as well as abroad locations.
- The job requires covering all the operations from identifying right candidates, offering them jobs, validating their information and involves direct reporting and coordinating with IRC head.
- Location – Ahmedabad
- Timings – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- CTC- Best in the industry
- Understanding client and job requirements
- Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
- Screening & Short-listing candidates as per job criteria
- Interviewing and guiding candidates for role and client
- Follow up with candidates from sourcing till joining
- Maintaining Database and MIS on daily basis
- Educational Qualification- Graduation or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience is preferred.
