Job Description
Selected candidates will go through DynPro's intensive, multi pronged two week classroom training program covering all aspects of talent acquisition for the IT services industry. The classroom training program will be followed by live sourcing assignments guided by an experienced mentor. After the completion of training, you will be deputed to one of our customer facing teams that gives you an opportunity to work for Talent Acquisition programs of the best global IT companies.
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be required to -
- understand job descriptions
- source resumes from multiple channels
- conduct online technical evaluation of candidates
- validate candidates for their soft skills and motivation
- schedule in person interviews
- manage candidates till on boarding
