- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle
- Source and screen candidates from portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and other social networking groups and referrals
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
- Interviewing and testing job seekers
- Manage salary negotiations, date of joining and help with reference checks.
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers
- Meeting targets for closing open positions
- Maintaining MIS/ trackers
- Candidate Profile
- Dedicated, hardworking and self-motivated individual who has a passion to perform and deliver high calibre customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally - English.
- Good organisational skills.
- The ability to learn and adapt to different environments quickly and efficiently.
- Self-sufficient/able to work autonomously as well as part of a very small team and be willing to work in a growing start-up.
- Immediate joining preferred.
