Job Description
- We have an immediate opening for Executive/ Sr. Executive (Recruitment).
- Experience: 0.6 months to 5 Years (Preferably with experience in Head Hunting/ Recruitment)
- MBA HR Freshers with 2- 3 months exp into recruitment can also apply

- To handle end to end recruitment process.
- Understanding client organization with regard to their existing business activities, organization structure, work culture and future growth plans.
- Preparing a search plan and drawing up a comprehensive list of target organizations (competitors) along-with 'out-of-box' ideas.Understand the profile to be recruited
- Source applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external references
- Comprehend the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement.
- Scheduling interviews and confirmations of the same via client and candidate
- Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.
- Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate.
- Conveying and convincing the candidates how the mandate being offered would benefit his career progression path.
- Skills:Experience in working on requirements from various functional areas/industries.
- Experience in Research / Lead generation / Head Hunting / Market Analysis
- Dynamic self- motivated team player with a track record.
- Good Communication Skills
- Lucrative Incentive policy (Monthly Basis)
- 5 Days Working (Alternate Saturday off)
