Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability

4. Utilize social media and job boards to attract potential candidates
5. Support in the development of job descriptions and job postings
6. Assist in maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics
7. Participate in networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential candidates
