Job Description

Responsibilities:

End-to-End IT Recruitment. You will be working with clients across UK.

Having Expertise in sourcing candidate from various resources like headhunting, LinkedIn, networking site, Social Media, Database, etc.

Must have good knowledge about UK IT recruitment, understand the job requirement and provide best service to the client.

Coordinates and work closely with our client recruiting team including scheduling with candidates as applicable.

Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates)

Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

Required Skills:

Confident personality Strong communication skills Willingness to learn

Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.

Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic professionals.

Good command on data fetching from excel.
