Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct thorough interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to ensure the best match
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies
4. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
5. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, to the recruitment team
