Recruitment Consultant Jobs Opening in Pepper Content Private Limited at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the hiring manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of the new employee
2. Partner with the external vendors in building the hiring talent funnel
3. Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
4. Follow & lead recruitment process viz. schedules interviews, followup, and finally brings in talent onboard
5. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
