Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for various job roles
2. Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
3. Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system and database with accurate candidate information
4. Collaborating with hiring managers and team members to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
5. Assisting in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities
6. Assisting in preparing and posting job advertisements on various online platforms and social media channels
7. Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and preparing offer letters
