Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
2. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on specified criteria and job requirements
3. Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial communication with candidates, including scheduling interviews, providing information about the company and job opportunities, and answering candidate inquiries
4. Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process
5. Candidate Assessment: Support the recruitment team in conducting candidate assessments, including skills testing, behavioral interviews, and reference checks
