Looking for Recruitment Coordinator
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of six months of experience in a service oriented environment
- Provide support to multiple individuals on scheduling and projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (experience in reporting and analytics preferred)
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented
- Moderate travel between work locations
- Should have Eye for details, Passionate & Agility
- Third party contract for 6 months
Role Purpose:
- The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing a "best in class" candidate experience by coordinating the recruitment process.
- The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruiters and hiring managers with process, reporting and administration activities.
- Duties also include scheduling all candidate interviews as well as candidate travel.
Must possess the ability to:
- Responsible for posting/advertising position openings & coordination within the applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewing teams
- Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewing teams
- Distribute interview schedules and resumes to the interviewing team
- Distribute all interviewing information, including recruitment packets, schedule and itinerary to the candidates
- Make all necessary travel arrangements for candidates
- Schedule and prepare all necessary documentation for partnership strategy meetings
- Assist with background checks and references as requested
- Maintain candidate file with appropriate documentation
- Maintain weekly/monthly/yearly reports as defined
