We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our US recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of recruitment or coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates across various roles in the US.

Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS systems).

Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to streamline interview and feedback processes.

Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with candidates.

Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

Generate and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.

Support onboarding and document collection processes as required.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data privacy requirements.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable working in US time zones (Night shift in India).

Basic understanding of the US recruitment cycle and employment terms (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Experience with ATS tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition (US staffing experience is a plus).
