the client's requisitions from the job description shared by them
- Sourcing
CVs (from the job portals) 'exactly matching' the client's requisitions
- Contacting
the candidates over the phone/mail
- Interviewing them over the phone to validate their profiles and checking their suitability as well as Interest Level.
- Submitting their CVs to the client
- Coordinating the Interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
