Designation : Executive/Sr. Executive-Recruitment

Summary :

The incumbent will be responsible for handling manpower recruitment activities for various corporates and MNCs.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activity.
Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
Managing MIS / Database.

Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Candidate Requirement / Qualification/Experience/Skills'Any Graduate with a strong English communication and MS office knowledge is must.
Recruitment Industry experience will be added advantage.
