Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • We are looking for talent acquisition professionals with the capabilities and passion to drive and grow Neustar. 
  • This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the Neustar brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Neustar selection process. 
  • This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, possess the sustainability and positive attitude to power through challenging times, and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Neustar leaders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Engage with the candidates and hiring managers on a regular basis and ensure positions are closed within the expected TAT.
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
  • Extend offer of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Neustar compensation policy.
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Stay informed and connected of trends and innovative tools and resources
  • Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills and stay abreast of technology trends.
What we look for
  • A seasoned professional with full life cycle recruitment experience in IT & Analytics space
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 1.5 year of experience in IT recruitment
  • Rich experience in employing a mix of traditional and creative methods of recruiting including but not limited to internet based search engines, cold calling, social and in-person networking, referrals, talent drives etc.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept generous and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to assess an applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
  • Possess good understanding of various software technologies and technology stacks like Java, C++, SQL, BI, Cloud, Big Data, and Oracle etc.
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Comfortable with MS Office suite of applications
  • Excellent project management, presentation, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
