Hands on experience in sourcing through job portals and referrals.Good experience in IT/ITES recruitment.Ability to work in tight deadline & close the positions within the SLA'sWillingness & ability to handle end to end recruitment including internal recruitment.Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.Self-motivated and a go-getterExperience: 0 to 2 years (Fresher also can apply)Notice period: ImmediateMaximum CTC: Best In Industry
