Job Description
· Sourcing candidates from different Job portals & networking sites
·
Screening
resumes with key word search, bollean searches from different sites.
Conducting telephonic round of interviews
·
Evaluate
candidate skills, technology understanding and key responsibility areas
Schedule inperson round of interviews, coordinate for technical tests upto
final rounds with interview panels .
· Work with a team and ensure that the requirements are closed in the given TAT.*
· Understanding candidates profile to evaluate the fitment into the relevant position
· End to End recruitment
· Candidate management
· Goal oriented. Meeting deadlines and SLA.
· Manage daily / weekly / monthly tracker. Exposure to HRMS is an added advantage.
· Good negotiation and convincing skills
· Good communication skills
· Should be highly proactive and innovative
· Should come with micro management functions.
