Job Description
1.
Preferably Graduate with Diploma in Human Resources but not mandatory
2. Minimum 3-4 Years hardcore experience in recruiting for third parties /
Outsourcing /Recruitment Consultancy where you were directly responsible to
outsource right candidates for Government as well as Private sectors all over
India to the third party
3. You must be fully aware of basic to be followed in Outsourcing candidates
to the third party on our payroll
4. Must be aware of mandatory compliance in outsourcing candidates to both
Government and Private sector including Provident Fund and ESI and others
5. Able to develop and handle Team under you
To Conduct Recruitments to choose the right candidates to outsource for Contractual appointments for Government as well as Private sectors all over India and to adhere to various compliances under Law in such outsourcing candidates
