Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
  
• Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, checking the candidates level of interest l towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
  
• Search candidates from various sources such as job portals, head hunting, referrals or social networking. 
  
• Maintain and update the Candidate database sourced from different sources to meet present as well as future requirement.
  
• Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods
