Tephra Inc. has over 19 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the Information Technology, Engineering, Pharmaceutical and Retail industries. We are looking for work from home senior Level experienced IT Recruiters/sources in leadership hiring who desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job requirements:

Strong head-hunter source candidates on job portals, through referrals, social media and job boards.
Good understanding of latest technologies demanded by top IT consulting companies to source the right candidate.
Ability to grasp the requirements shared by hiring managers in the calls/ meetings
Experience in tracking the demands systematically over100+ positions and working on fulfilling the priorities/demand of the client.
Scheduling /coordinating the interviews in a timely manner by sending meeting invites.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the candidate till the placement.
Systemically following with clients on the feedback of submissions or any interviews.
Experience in judging candidate’s ability and fitment to multiple jobs.
Have the mindset of a matured sales person to accept failures and bounce back.
Should work in the US Eastern time zone.
