Job Description
- Job type: - Permanent
- Location: - Gurgaon, INDIA
- Report to: - Team lead/Manager
- Experience: - 6 Months - 2 years
At PeopleConnext you will be:
- Responsible to analyse, identify talent using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking; that meets the specific customers’ requirements
- Will be involved in the complete life cycle of IT space across levels
- Meeting revenue targets would be the part of your KRA
- Playing a client facing role
- Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping, follow-up(post-offer) etc.
Desired candidate should have:
- Graduates degree or MBAs with relevant experience IT domain recruitments.
- Should have analytical mind set, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of the different tools for talent search and possess strong sourcing skills
- Ability to front end clients
