- We are hiring for IT Domestic Recruiters !
- Experience: 0-4 YrsWork Location: Hyderabad
- Manages end to end recruitment program
- Experience in Sourcing/Headhunting candidates through all possible channels:
Job Portals as naukri, refferals, Linkedin, social media & professional
networking etc.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to
develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements, building consensus
and bringing closures.
- Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is
fulfilled.
- MIS and updating recruitment related reports.
- Must be excellent in written and verbal communication, able to articulate with
high impact. Expert in sourcing qualitative candidates up to leadership
positions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Must be an independent performer, operate and produce results with minimum supervision
