Job Description:

Manages end to end recruitment program
Experience in Sourcing/Headhunting candidates through all possible channels: Job Portals as naukri, refferals, Linkedin, social media & professional networking etc.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements, building consensus and bringing closures.
Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled.
MIS and updating recruitment related reports.

Desired Skill set:

Must be excellent in written and verbal communication, able to articulate with high impact. Expert in sourcing qualitative candidates up to leadership positions.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
Must be an independent performer, operate and produce results with minimum supervision
