Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social
Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs
Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
Client relationship
Building rapport with both the clients & candidates
Offer negotiations & Background checks if required

Who can apply @TalentStack?

Someone who has at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment (Agency or Corporate)
Must have a Bachelors Degree in any field (Masters in HR would be a plus not mandatory)
Someone who has the drive to sell and is aggressive
Someone who can hustle their way up
