Job Description

- Min 4-6 years of experience into Recruitment
- Qualification: Any Graduates/ Post Graduates
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Good in MS Office
- Candidate should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in end to end recruitment
- Coordinating with Hiring Manager, Technical Manager, BU Heads for closing all the positions on time.
- Hands-on experience in Scrutinizing, screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms.
- Exposure in managing Internal database, Referrals programs, Job Boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), Online Technology, Twitter, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools to provide high impact and quality sourcing and generated a diverse pipeline.
- Candidate should closely work with BU Head for understanding the niche requirement and for closing niche positions.
- Should have experience in maintaining MIS reports
- Conducting weekly review meetings and recruitment meeting
- Need to coordinate with Technical teams to understand current demand and future demand in the Organization for recruitment.
- Should good in maintaining documentation
- Should generate reports on offer v/s declined candidate.
- Should be able to handle the HR audits held in the organization,
- Should be capable enough in giving recruitment status to the management for the current requirement or pending requirements.
