Job Description

Please note this is a Night Shift Job and 

  • Good English communication skill is MUST
Roles and Responsibility:
  • Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc
  • Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
  • Dedicated to the US recruitment process, with the responsibility to provide software professional for the IT needs of the company.
  • Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder and social networking sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work as per US timings/Night Shift.

SKILLS:

  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL IS MUST.
  • (MBA-IT/BTECH-CS/IT/MCA/BCA-BSC-CS/MSC-CS-IT or any Graduate)
  • Fresher candidate can also apply.
