Work Timings :FOR US-IT-RECRUITMENT (Night Shift Job) (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Description:

Dedicated to the US recruitment process, with the responsibility to provide software professional for the IT needs of the company.
Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry
Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder and social networking sites.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and confident posture. Good typing skill with well-versed with MS Office.
Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willing to work as per US timings/Night Shift.

Skills:

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL IS MUST.
(MBA-IT/BTECH-CS/IT/MCA/BCA-BSC-CS/MSC-CS-IT or any Graduate)
