We Re Seeking Recruitment Executives And Specialists To Help Us Source, Identify, Screen, And Hire Individuals For Various Roles In Our Company.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, 1-3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems, And The Ability To Devise Sourcing Strategies For Potential Applicants.
This Role Requires A Candidate With Excellent Interpersonal Skills As You Ll Often Be Asked To Work Closely With Others Across Different Departments.
Coordinate With Hiring Managers And Team Lead To Identify Staffing Needs.
Conduct Recruiter Screening For Candidates To Gauge Their Interest, Personality And Salary Requirements.
Source Potential Candidates Through Online Channels (E.G. Social Platforms And Professional Networks).
Plan Interview And Selection Procedures, Including Screening Calls, Assessments, And In-Person/Video Interviews.
Assess Candidate Information, Including Resumes And Contact Details, Using Our Applicant Tracking System.
Ensure Proper On-Boarding For New Hires And The Necessary Paperwork Is Completed Promptly And Accurately.
Participate In Employer Branding Initiatives.
Proven Ability To Communicate And Effectively Sell An Organization S Value Proposition.
Organize And Attend Recruitment Events.
Foster Long-Term Relationships With Past Applicants And Potential Candidates
Strong Work Ethic And Sense Of Integrity, Trustworthiness And Ability To Maintain A High Level Of Confidentiality.
