Job Description
- Positon: Recruitment Executive
- Job Location: Surat (Gujarat), India
- Experience: 1– 3 Years
- KRA (Key Result Area):
- Screening and shortlisting of CV’s, Interview Scheduling, and all follow up actions thereafter till the close of the position.
- Recruitment, Selection:
- Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.
- Screen the CV’s, refer to Requisite form received by client / JD / Detail provide by HOD.
- Recruiting preference shall first be given to internal sourcing (transfers & CVs existing in ASK databank)In case, no suitable person is found in the existing database, then search shall be made for the matching CVs in the available other sources (Like Naukri, or other web portal which is available).
- After preliminary screening, the suitable CVs shall be sent to the HOD for technical/ functional screening.
- On receipt of shortlisted CVs from the Head, shall lineup the shortlisted candidates for interview as suggested by client or management (by telecom, online or Personal round).
- If the candidate accepts the proposal, the Offer letter shall be issued to him. Where as if he rejects the proposal, then his CV shall be kept in the data bank & Status update on resume tracker software.
- On receiving the offer acceptance from the candidate, HR dept. shall pass on the details of the new recruit to the concerned Head of the Department, Administration Department, (in case of HO posting) , Account Department, & HR Generalist
- The new recruit (his/her) details shall be entered in Resume Tracker Software.
- Regular update on Resume Tracker software Each CV need to enter in resume tracker software; also update current status after communication with candidates,
- Daily progress reports need to submit concern HOD on end of the day for performance tracking.
- Monthly target based recruitment by team personnel recruitment (On ASK Payroll / Direct Payroll) need to be executed, failure to adhere, it effects on performance of each team member.
- Timely follow up for consultant availability at site & attendance.
- For new joiners, making them comfortable about accommodation, key contacts in the organization and attaching each of them with a buddy
