• Understand job requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and discuss joining formalities with selected candidates.
• Coordinate the offer and joining process with HR and relevant departments.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Ability to work with multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Target-oriented and capable of working within deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
