Designation- Recruitment executive
Its a hiring process in which you will assist operations dept. to hire and onboard the driver and recruit them through various medium. basically, Driver hiring calling, driver customer query solving.

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, on Newsgroups and job boards.

Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and Utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.

Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per clients need in terms of candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience & communication skills.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Keep your candidate in loop and take follow-up for interview coordination to till joining.
